The Dusty Strings FH34S is a beautiful harp with a bright, clear sound with strong basses. The FH34S harp is almost identical to the FH34. The difference is in the shape of the sound box. The sides and back of the sound box consist of five facets. This design puts a flat facet, rather than a corner, against the player’s shoulder, which some find more comfortable and which makes it easier to reach the lower strings.

The FH36H has 36 strings, 5 octaves, reaching from the C (2 octaves below the middle C) to the C, 3 octaves above the middle C. The harp is completely made of solid wood and has an overwhelming sound. The harp will please many advanced players, but is also very interesting for beginning players, who want to buy a great instrument.
The rectangular soundbox shape of the FH36H produces a very balanced, well-defined sound with great projection. The FH36H has facets on the upper corners of the back to increase playing comfort. This "hybrid-stave" design provides the ergonomic benefits of our popular 36-string stave-back harp at a portion of the cost.

The FH36S harp is almost identical to the FH36H. The difference is in the shape of the sound box.
The sides and back of the sound box consist of five facets. This design puts a flat facet, rather than a corner, against the player’s shoulder, which some find more comfortable and which makes it easier to reach the lower strings. This sound box shape, as opposed to the rectangular sound box of the FH36H, gives an overall rounder sound, with a slightly fuller bass voice. The bass strings as well as the mid and top ranges sound very beautiful. The harp is available in four species of hardwoods: sapele, walnut, maple and bubinga.
The harp will please many advanced players, but is also very interesting for beginning players, who want to buy a great instrument. A firm harp case and tuning wrench are included.
