Traditional Irish Music arr. for harp 1
Variety of tunes for intermediate players. Includes excellent introduction and general notes about the tunes, ornamentations, arranging, interpreting the notation and playing Irish Dance Music on the harp. Even though printed collections of Irish music are now widely available, the notation given generally only represent the bare "bones" of the tune. Adding your own ornamentations and variations is needed, but not easy to harpers that are unfamiliar with this type of music. In this book Gráinne provides you with helpful ideas on how to go about doing this.
